World Environment Day is a United Nations (UN) Environment initiative held annually on the 5th June. It has highlighted important global issues since its origins in 1974 – including climate change, marine pollution and wildlife crime. Each year we work to champion the initiative in the UK and beyond – and 2022 is no different!
As noted by the UN, the 2022 World Environment Day global campaign #OnlyOneEarth calls for transformative changes to policies and choices to enable cleaner, greener, and sustainable living in harmony with nature.
