Chartered Environmentalists honoured in 2023 ENDS Report Power List

The 2023 ENDS Power List names the 100 UK environmental professionals who have made the greatest impact in the past two years.

ENDS Power List 2023

Back for its second year, the ENDS Power List names the top 100 UK environmental professionals who have made the greatest impact in the past two years.

Nominated by their colleagues, clients and competitors, we are delighted to see many Chartered Environmentalists honoured. SocEnv Chief Exec Dr Emma Wilcox CEnv is among those recognised.

Two of those CEnv professionals featured explain what the honour means to them below.

It’s great to be featured in the 2023 ENDS Power List, as recognition for the work we at Crowberry Consulting do every day to help the environment, be this via our training, audit, and consultancy services. A small business with a big impact, our focus is to support our clients to achieve International Standards for environmental protection, carbon management and sustainable events. It’s a true honour to feature on this list in esteemed company, amongst fellow Chartered Environmentalists and IEMA members, and this recognition will be celebrated in style. Well done to everyone who made this year’s list!

Becky Toal CEnv
MD and Founder of Crowberry Consulting and the 2022 Environmental Professional of the Year

I’m naturally delighted and humbled to be named on the ENDS Power List, joining some career inspirations such as fellow Chartered Environmentalists Tony Juniper and Martin Baxter to name just a couple. Over the years, I have enjoyed working with so many cross-disciplinary professionals, as lead of the SocEnv Soils and Stones project, expanding materials reuse as part of CL:AIRE, liberating technology with the likes of Tribus Digital to make environmental risk mitigation simpler, and achieving rivers improvement and biodiversity enhancements with East Mercia Rivers Trust. With so many fantastic professionals to work with, I'm reinvigorated to work even harder with others to ensure greater integration between the built environment and our natural environment.
