Following the UK referendum result in favour of leaving the European Union, one of the key challenges before ‘exit day’ was addressing the so-called ‘governance gap’ left in environmental policy.
In 2018, Defra issued a consultation to gather views and input on the Post-Brexit Environmental Principles & Governance landscape.
