CIEEM Launches 2018 Photography Competition: Habitats

To tie in with our Autumn Conference: Advances in Ecological Restoration and Habitat Creation, the theme of this year’s competition will be Habitats, and CIEEM are eager to see your wildflower meadows, forests, streams, living walls, urban parks, drystone walls, tidepools, mountain ranges, saltmarshes and back gardens!

Entries can be anything from immense, awe-inspiring vistas to tiny ecosystems and everything in between. We want to see it all! So, don’t be shy, whether you’re a CIEEM member or not, dust off your hard-drives, sharpen your focus and send us the fruits of your creative labours!

Thanks to this year's amazing sponsors, Wildcare and NHBS, the lucky winner with receive some amazing Wildcare vouchers and the runner-up will go home with a year’s subscription to British Wildlife. Everyone who enters will get the chance to see their entry on our website, social media and on proud display at our Autumn Conference in Glasgow on 20-21 November, when the winner will also be announced.

Please email all entries to by 6th November 2018, ensuring all images are high resolution. You’ll need to include your full name and where the photo was taken.
