Economics, Environment and Employment- delivering the Circular Economy in Wales

Wales is a world leader in the recycling and recovery of municipal waste, an achievement that has been delivered through a clarity of objective and a progressive public-sector partnership. The challenge ahead for Wales is to make the most of the new resource agenda and ensure that it provides economic, social and environmental benefits to communities throughout Wales, creating a truly sustainable economy in the future.

The 2019 CIWM (Chartered Institute of Wastes Management) Cymru Conference will explore the challenges that face Wales, bringing together the cutting-edge ideas, key policy makers and industry representatives as well as technology solutions to create a working agenda for the circular economy in Wales.

The Conference will be essential to local government practitioners as well as the waste and manufacturing sector, providing inspiration, guidance and practical tips.
