CIWM has launched its new strategy, ‘Leading the Way to a World beyond Waste’, in which the membership organisation outlines the role it will set out to play in shaping the ‘future of waste, recycling and resource management’, it says.
Centred around six themes, the ‘Leading the Way to a World beyond Waste’ strategy sets out to ensure CIWM continues to act as a ‘vital change agent’ for the move to a low-carbon and circular economy:

- Advocating with an authoritative voice
- Enhancing engagement and connectivity
- Cultivating communities of practice
- Leading through excellence
