Our professional multi-disciplinary approach to solving safety and environmental issues for our clients requires us to bring together a series of diverse technical skills with representation from a range of professional institutions. While many of our staff hold different disciplines, the Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) registration is often the commonality between them. At Arthian, we are passionate about our team and their CPD, and our team are passionate about protecting the environment, so we are honoured to become a Society for the Environment (SocEnv) CEnv Employer Champion!

Pete Schofield's profileThe most exciting part of my job is helping organisations turn complex climate and carbon challenges into practical action. Many clients start with a large amount of data, uncertainty or ambition, but without a clear route forward. I enjoy helping them understand what their emissions mean, where the real hotspots are, what can be influenced, and how to prioritise actions that are technically credible, commercially realistic and aligned with wider organisational goals.
